I got fired from my first bartending job after my first shift, because the Bartending School I went to didn't prepare me for what it took to be successful in the real world.
I looked into other bartending schools but they were all the same. I felt so ripped off, and didn't even apply for another bartending job for 3 months.
Then... I decided to try again.
Over the next year I worked in 3 different restaurants and bars and found out that most people wanted a beer, a glass of wine, a Rum and Coke, or a Gin and tonic, served quickly and with a smile!
